Miss Wellness USA is a national pageant that celebrates the whole woman - mind, body, purpose, and community.

More than a beauty competition, Miss Wellness USA is a platform dedicated to holistic well-being and meaningful leadership. Our mission is to uplift women who live balanced lives and use their voices to create positive change in the world.

Through Miss Wellness USA, we aim to:

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to apply for Miss Wellness USA, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Female and single

  • Between 18–32 years of age

  • Passionate about creating a positive impact in her community

  • Committed to promoting wellness, purpose, and social responsibility

  • Ready and willing to represent the United States at Miss Wellness World 2026 in Bangkok, Thailand
