At the heart of Miss Wellness USA is Jeffrey Gaspar, also known as “Primo Sacramento”, serving as the National Director. Jeffrey is a respected pageant analyst and founder of Contesera Pageantry, with extensive experience producing renowned competitions such as Miss Galaxy Empress and Miss Queen Royale. Under his leadership, Miss Wellness USA is committed to cultivating a supportive and empowering experience for every contestant.

The winner of Miss Wellness USA will go on to represent the United States at Miss Wellness World 2026 in Thailand, joining a global sisterhood of wellness ambassadors who are transforming what it means to lead a life of wellbeing, purpose, and influence.
